riviera-maya1Cancun and Playa del Carmen are located in the state of Quintana Roo in the Yucatan peninsula. They are one of the best tourist destinations in Mexico. They have subtropical climate, the Caribbean Sea’s turquoise-blue water and white-sand beaches. Playa del Carmen is located 68 km (42 minutes) south of Cancun.

Located 8 km (5 mi) south of Playa del Carmen off the Cancun-Tulum Highway 307. This ecological park offers attractions such as the archaeological ruins. Its natural beauty benefits from ponds, caves, underground rivers full of colorful fish, and a reef aquarium. Opens daily from 8:30 to 10:00.


It is 9 miles from the Cancun coast, located in the southern region of Isla Mujeres,. The park is a natural paradise where you can do water sports, sunbathe, or relax under a palm tree. Opens daily to the public.


riviera_mayaLocated 128 km (80 mi) south of Cancun on Highway 307. This was one of the main cities that the Mayan cuture built near the ocean. The ruins stretch 6 km (3.5 mi) along the coast. The must-see Mayan structures are: el Castillo (The Castle), el Templo del Dios Descendente (The Temple of the Descending God), el Templo de los Frescos (The Temple of the Frescos) and El Templo del Viento (The Temple of the Wind). Open daily from 8:00 to 5:00.

It is possible to see the main structures (The Temple of the Warrios, Chaac Mool and the Castel) on a day trip from Cancun. Chichen Itza is the most visited site in Yucatan, and one of the most impressive archeological places in America.
